Patrick Luff is a nationally recognized litigator who has obtained a number of significant victories for his clients, including a $15.4 million wrongful death judgment and a precedent-setting federal appeal. Patrick has served as Co-Liaison (Lead) Counsel in Texas MDL No. 2021-41903, In re: Winter Storm Uri Litigation, and on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in MDL No. 2974, In re: Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation. In March 2021, Patrick also filed the initial motion to transfer in MDL No. 3004, In re: Paraquat Products Liability Litigation, and continues to play a leading role in the paraquat litigation nationally.

Born July 17, 1967, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Mikal C. Watts earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1987, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with high honors after just two years of study. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989 at the age of twenty-one.

Ruth has spent her almost two decade career representing those injured through severe negligent acts of large corporations. She has served in multiple leadership positions in several coordinated complex and mass tort proceedings.

Tricia focuses her practice on mass tort litigation representing clients in personal injury cases involving product liability. In 2022, Tricia joined Krause and Kinsman as partner with nearly 14 years of experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts and with the last ten years of her practice focused on complex litigation, particularly mass tort litigation, on a national scale.
