New York Injury attorney Virginia E. Anello was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University on an honors scholarship. Ms. Anello graduated from LSU magna cum laude and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Italian. She went on to attend the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU where she received her Juris Doctor Degree and her Bachelor of Civil Law Degree, graduating in the top 30% of her class. Ms. Anello is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Massachusetts, and Louisiana. She is also admitted to practice law in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Shkolnik is an associate with the firm’s Product Liability, Pharmaceutical Department. Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical Department, she focused on premise liability, products liability, labor law, intentional torts as well as civil suits involving victims of sexual assault and/or battery.

In 2010, Aimee became a founding partner of Andrus Wagstaff. Since that time, she has dedicated the entirety of her professional life fighting against pharmaceutical and medical device companies who harm her clients by continually putting profits before safety. The vast majority of Aimee’s litigation is done through national mass tort consolidations, usually multidistrict litigations (MDLs) or Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCPs). In that regard, Aimee has been appointed by federal and state court Judges across the country to co-lead four national litigations by the age of 40, such litigations representing tens of thousands of injured claimants.

Danielle Ward Mason is a personal injury attorney specializing in claims involving dangerous drugs and medical devices. One of the country’s most successful talcum powder litigation attorneys, Danielle has secured nearly $1 billion in verdicts against Johnson & Johnson for failing to warn about ovarian cancer risks. She joined Sanders Phillips Grossman in 2019 and heads the firm’s talc litigation team.

D. Nicole “Nikki” Guntner focuses her practice on pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort litigation. She represents women who have suffered eye damage from the interstitial cystitis drug Elmiron (Pentosan), as well as women suffering injuries from the birth control implant Essure. She also works on the national multidistrict litigation for Proton Pump Inhibitors (heartburn drugs). Nikki was a member of the trial team for the final Xarelto bellwether trial in Pennsylvania state court and was involved in the firm’s efforts in the Xarelto MDL, which resulted in a $775 Million settlement.
