Adam Gomez is a director at Grant & Eisenhofer where he focuses on complex pharmaceutical medical device litigation and environmental litigation. Prior to joining G&E, Mr. Gomez was an associate at a national defense litigation firm where he defended clients in catastrophic personal injury, products liability, professional liability, and civil rights litigation.

Amy Eskin has been a trial lawyer for more than thirty years representing injured individuals and consumers nationally in personal injury, medical negligence, products liability and complex pharmaceutical and medical device cases. She has authored several articles in legal publications and has lectured extensively to lawyers, health care professionals, and law students on topics including ethics, mandatory arbitration, jury selection, discovery and all aspects of trial practice.

David was born and raised in Galveston, Texas. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1999 with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology, he moved to Houston and worked in the national effort to sequence the human genome at Baylor College of Medicine’s Human Genome Sequencing Center.

Currently, Ms. Quinlivan represents hundreds of people harmed by HIV drugs manufactured by California biotech giant Gilead Sciences. She serves on a leadership committee for Gilead Tenofovir Cases and Coordinated Actions, California Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 5043.

Carasusana B. Wall joined Zoll & Kranz, LLC as an Associate Attorney after receiving her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2012. Cara is now a Partner and works passionately for Zoll & Kranz clients, potential clients, and legal cohorts during the dangerous drug or defective medical device litigation process.
