To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $339 per night for a single or double, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference or reserve your room online here. To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by October 3, 2018. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Registration fee of $895.00 includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Thursday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Thursday evening, and all course materials.

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 25, 2018 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 25, 2018, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 18, 2018 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.

Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 18, 2018 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 (48 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.

VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING POLICY
HarrisMartin maintains a strict video and/or audio taping policy at its CLE events. All taping, through any means (including computers, cell phones and other handheld devices), is strictly prohibited, unless you have obtained the express written permission from HarrisMartin, the conference co-chairs and conference faculty prior to the event. Any attendee who is found to be taping a CLE event in violation of this policy will be removed from the event. Under no circumstances will a refund be available to those who have been found in violation of this policy and subsequently removed from the CLE Event.
