Howard E. Jarvis is a member of the firm whose primary areas of practice include toxic tort, environmental, product liability and insurance defense litigation. In his practice, he has served as either lead counsel or lead co-counsel in toxic tort and environmental litigation in Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, California, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, Mississippi, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He has argued cases in the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dean Hartley is one of the founding attorneys at Hartley Law Group, PLLC. Just like the rest of his team he has a strong passion for personal injury victims and looks to use his understanding of the law to gain them a just outcome. He has an in depth background practicing personal injury that has allowed him to better serve his clients. He looks to help in whichever way he can, and offers not only strong litigation skills, but a compassionate advocate as well. He has witnessed too many insurance companies and corporations with immoral practices that try to take advantage of workers, giving them less than they deserve.

He makes it his place to step in and fight on behalf of those harmed on the job from exposure to toxic chemicals, an accident or the daily strain of their job. Since entering the legal profession, he has continually sought to advance his knowledge of the state laws on personal injury and to better understand more effective tactics when seeking relief for clients. CHAD D. MOUNTAIN practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing primarily in the areas of environmental, toxic tort, product liability, business torts, and breach of contract matters. In addition, Chad has extensive experience representing clients in interstate commerce and transportation litigation matters in state and federal courts across the United States.

Chad is a graduate of St. John’s University, which is located in Collegeville, Minnesota, and Villanova University School of Law. Chad is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is also admitted to the following federal courts: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Michigan.
