Neil D. Overholtz specializes in pharmaceutical litigation, and has successfully handled thousands of defective drug and medical device cases, including fen-phen, Rezulin, Baycol, Bextra/Celebrex, Vioxx, Medtronic Defibrillators, and Guidant Defibrillators.

Recently, Mr. Overholtz has the distinction of having been appointed as national counsel on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees for several federal products liability MDL’s (Mullti-District litigations), including the Trasylol MDL pending in federal court in West Palm Beach, Florida, before the Honorable Judge Middlebrooks, the Viagra MDL in the District Court in Minnesota, before the Honorable Judge Magnuson, as well as the Medtronic Sprint Fidelis Lead Wire MDL before United States District Court Judge Richard Kyle. Additionally, Mr. Overholtz has served as co-lead counsel in the In Re America Online, Inc Version 5.0 Software Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1341 (S.D. Fla), helping to negotiate a cash settlement for affected AOL members in excess of $15 Million as well as significant injunctive relief.

Daniel N. Gallucci manages the Mass Torts team at NastLaw LLC. Philadelphia Magazine selected Mr. Gallucci as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for every year he has been eligible, naming him as one of the top 100 attorneys in Philadelphia.

Mr. Gallucci is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Mr. Gallucci serves as a Moot Court Judge for the Dickinson Law Advocacy Program and is a member of the Pennsylvania Judicial Evaluation Investigative Division. For four years, Mr. Gallucci was co-chair of the American Association of Justice’s Heparin Litigation group, and chaired the Lancaster Bar Association’s Trial Committee from 2004 to 2006.

Jeffrey S. Grand focuses his practice on complex individual and class action litigation involving pharmaceutical injury, medical devices, and dangerous consumer products. Jeff’s practice includes liaison and leadership positions in a variety of complex cases centered in both state and federal court, where he frequently represents the interests of hundreds or thousands of claimants. Additionally, he often serves on plaintiffs’ discovery and expert committees. In these roles, Jeff has been involved in every facet of these complex cases: from pre-litigation strategy through discovery negotiations; through document productions, depositions, and expert development; to trial and resolution.

Jeff currently serves as Co-Liaison Counsel in two coordinated litigations in New Jersey state court and is a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee overseeing seven federal multidistrict litigations involving transvaginal mesh products. In this capacity, Jeff has made a significant contribution to the discovery of these cases and has been a member of multiple trial teams in both state and federal courts. Notably, Jeff was a member of the trial team in Gross v. Gynecare Inc., a transvaginal mesh case which resulted in a plaintiffs’ verdict of over $11 million.
