A: Once you've entered your subscription information, you will be prompted to confirm your password, which has been sent to the e-mail address entered on the subscription form. Simply retrieve the password, type or copy it into the space provided on the password confirmation page, and hit the 'Subscribe' button. You will then be directed to a link allowing you immediate access into the site. For web-based e-mail programs such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc., it may be easier to open a new window in your browser before retrieving your e-mailed password.

Q: I currently have a trial subscription to a HarrisMartin Publication that has expired or is about to expire. How do I become a full subscriber so that my monthly print issues and online access continue uninterrupted?

A: Along with your sample trial issue, you'll receive a Continuation Notice asking you if you'd like to continue your HarrisMartin subscription beyond the trial period. Simply return that notice with your payment, and your order will be processed as soon as it's received. Or, you may submit a credit card payment online using the secure order form at www.harrismartin.com. Log into the site using the same username and password obtained during the course of your free trial, then click 'Subscribe' on the left toolbar. You will be directed to a page where you can enter your specific subscription request and payment information. Q: I need to download a specific document referenced at the end of an article in the print edition. How do I find the document online?

A: You can access court documents by typing the document reference number, or Ref#, exactly as shown in the print publication, (ex. ASB-0401-01) into the first box provided on the search page. Please note that not all documents are uploaded to the web site. If you are unable to locate a specific document, please call (800) 496-4319 for assistance.

Q: Several attorneys and staff in my firm need to access our online account. What is the best way to do this? And how much will it cost?

A: To add multiple users at your location,* please contact our Circulation Department with the e-mail addresses for each new user. The cost to add up to five additional users to an active subscription is $300 per year. For 6-10 additional users, the cost is an additional $600 per year. You may add new users at any time.
* To be eligible, additional users must be at a firm location with a current, paid subscription to the publication.

Q: I've logged into the web site with the password provided by HarrisMartin. How do I change it?

A: Once you are successfully logged in, click on the 'MY ACCOUNT' button on the left-hand tool bar. Under Account Information, type in your new password, type it again under 'Password verify,' then click 'Update Account' at the bottom of the screen. Your new password will be updated and saved in the HarrisMartin Database.

Q: I've gained access to the publication homepage and only see three or four articles. How do I get to all of the recent news?

A: HarrisMartin editors upload all articles to the site as they are written. The three most recently uploaded headlines appear under the tab 'In This Issue.' For all other current news items and feature articles, click on the 'Breaking News' button. Articles that appeared in the prior month's issue are indexed in the bulleted categories beneath 'Breaking News.' To view articles from previous issues, click on the 'Past Issues' button and select by specific issue month and year.
