Richard J. Arsenault of Neblett, Beard & Arsenault

With a diverse career spanning nearly 30 years, Richard's experience as a trial lawyer, author, speaker, mediator, expert witness, and teacher has provided a unique foundation for navigating complex litigation.

The National Law Journal has recognized Arsenault as having one of the nation’s largest personal injury verdicts. He has Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards and is listed in other peer reviewed publications including the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and “Best of United States”. He has appeared in the “Best Lawyers in America” publication for over 15 consecutive years. He also serves as a faculty member for LSU Law School’s Trial Advocacy Program; a faculty composed of Federal and State Court Judges, professors and prominent attorneys. In addition to a busy litigation practice, Arsenault has also been retained to provide expert testimony and has served as a mediator in mass tort litigation. Jimmy R. Faircloth Jr. of the The Faircloth Law Group LLC

Twenty years in a highly diverse practice on both sides of the bar, including hundreds of trials and appeals in state and federal courts on a wide range of complex subjects, representing individuals, private and public business entities, and many public agencies and officials. In 2010, Jimmy Faircloth founded the Faircloth Law Group, which focuses on commercial litigation, governmental law and affairs and complex ADR.

From 2008-2009, Jimmy Faircloth served as executive counsel to Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal. While there, he served as Senior legal advisor to the Governor on ethics, legislation, economic development, disaster management and recovery, and governmental affairs. He also was the Primary draftsman and legislative spokesman for Governor Jindal during the 2008 Special Legislative Session to overhaul the Louisiana Code of Ethics; Primary legal advisor to the Governor on disaster management for Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, during which the state performed the largest evacuation and repatriation in United States history. Elizabeth J. Cabraser, Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP

Elizabeth J. Cabraser is a founding partner of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, a 60+ -lawyer AV-rated plaintiffs' litigation firm with offices in San Francisco, New York and Nashville. Ms. Cabraser leads the firm's Personal Injury practice group, and represents plaintiffs and plaintiff classes in product liability, consumer, mass torts, and investment fraud litigation. Her first MDL leadership appointment was in 1981, in In re Capital Underwriters Securities Litigation, MDL No. 356. Since then, she has served as court-appointed lead, co-lead, or class counsel in over 80 federal multi-district and state coordinated proceedings, and has designed and participated in eight nationwide class action trials. Ms. Cabraser has held leadership roles in cases that resulted in landmark settlements, verdicts, and precedent-setting rulings, including the Exxon Valdez disaster, Breast Implants, multi-state Tobacco Litigation, Fen-Phen (diet drugs), and the Holocaust litigation. She currently serves in leadership roles in the Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, Guidant, Con Agra, Yamaha Rhino, Chase Credit Card Loan, and Vytorin MDL litigations.
